Elite Quick TP HUD
v3 Marketplace
A HUD you can modify to show a map of your (multi-sim) Area.
- Then you record in it all the point you want with orientation.
- When a user click on the hud they get tp to the closest point you sat.
- So they never end up in a bad position
- It uses Experiences for easy tp and skip landing point
Adding TP points
You can add the destination you are currently by clicking Add.
- One 4mx4m square on the map can only contain one destination
- your orientation when you add is also stored.
Hud can be resized with the + and - buttons
Tour mode
When you click hide or when the HUD teleports you it will reduce itself to just a bar. On that bar you have two little arrows that teleport you directly to destinations one after the other
This function is not available when the HUD contains more than 200 points
configuring
If you have Mod rights on the HUD you get 2 more buttons
- del to delete the destination where you stand
- menu to get config menu (only buyer of the hud gets this menu)
- Clear to delete all destinations
- Limits to define the limits of a map
- when asked click on the map prim to set then
- N S E and W to set the limits of your map
- go anywhere on one of the most Northern sims of your map and click N
- do the same for other extremes
- Export will send the positions to a “quick TP bank nearby. if more than one bank is found you will be asked to select one
- Import will load the points from bank. To empty a bank, click it to get menu
The image you put on the HUD prim must fit those limits exactly. HUD can have 1 to 10 prims named map0 to map9. You can add maps by rezzing the hud, unlinking a map, duplicate and rename it then link the 2 maps to the hud (selecting hud last to keep same root)
The hud can hold up to 5000 destinations
Tech stuff
Teleports are executed by the teleport scripts it is compiled for The Elite experience that helps by bypassing fixed landing points.
- teleport elite uses the Elite experience
- teleport void uses MBC void experience
If you want to use another experience you have contributor rights on you can copy one of those scripts and recompile it for your experience. The script name must be “teleport ”+name. HUD may contain many teleport scripts
