With EventHud you can customise and distribute free objects and HUDs displaying informations about your upcoming events. You define events from a central place using the manager tool on which you just set

• texture uuid for the event
• SLurl used to teleport to event
• date time and duration
• optional short text

On your boards and HUDs, people can use Teleport button to access your event or Booking button to get a reminder message when the event starts.

The kit includes

• EventHud manager you rez somewhere to create, edit or delete your events
• EventHud HUD you modify before giving it away to people wanting on-screen info about your events
• EventHud Poster (one event) and Boards (12 events and 24 events) you can also customise and give

Not much to do except rezzing your manager tool somewhere and optionally use top right menu to set access to it to other avatars if needed. Manager does not need to be rezzed all time and you can also wear it as a HUD if you prefer. You must also enter your own key (your UUID) in the description field of all the HUDs, Posters and Boards before using them or giving copies. You may want to make those copies next user no mod so they don't change that key. HUD is best no mod as resizing it will damage aspect.

Events you create are stored in a web database that Boards and HUDs periodically access for update. basically once per hour. Past events are deleted from database after a few days Bookings are also stored in database.

An inworld server checks for starting events and sends a message to all the avatars that booked it using the Booking button. Then bookings are deleted from database

Manager tool has a “Help” button that will give you this quick help texture.

in upper right corner is a reload button important if you have more than one manager rezzed to make sure it's up to date before doing anything. Also use it to cancel after a new or duplicate if you don't want to save.

Below it you see a list of miniature images of your events. You can click on one to access it or use the big arrows at bottom to browse events.

Events are in chronological order from -24h from now up to 50 events. We display past events 24h so to let you duplicate them.

Management buttons are

• New - will create a new event but save nothing until you hit Save
• Duplicate - will create a copy of selected event one week later but not save either
• Image - Click on image to get a textbox to enter the texture UUID for the event
• Enter SLurl - button to get a textbox to enter the event location SLurl
• Text - Click on text line below image to get a textbox for the event's text. A text longer than 24 chars will scroll. Text can be used to give details as music genre or dress code
• Save - will save the event in database if no information is missing. Notice whenever something is not saved in database the manager turns yellow
• Delete - will delete selected event from database
• [i] - gives you informations about the event that are not on display like creation, modification and who booked
• [s] - gives you stats about boards and huds in use last 24h
• compass arrow - Define what direction avatar will be facing after using hud or board TP button,

You are totally free to modify those items. only the scripts are nomod. If you change the linkset, it's advised to stop the scripts before and reset and run them after linking.
Remember description field is used to select who's events are to be loaded. It must be your UUID or for the 1 event poster your UUID * event number *0 will display next event *1 the following one etc Your uuid might be replaced by a code if you asked for one (see below)
Adding Blaise experience to the lands where boards are rezzed is recommanded as it will offer a TP button to those having allowed that experience.

• EventHud Wall Calendar+ - a calendar from last year to next year. For it you must also provide 12 photos for the months using the calendar picks loader

If two or more users want to distrubute items that show all their events together, they can ask me to create a sources group. I will create the group in database and provide a code to use instead of your UUID. Boards and HUDs with your UUID will still work the same and Boards and HUDs with the group code will load events from all the group members. More group members can be added later without changing anything.
